Privacy Policy

A clear view of how website information is handled.

This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit the Piedmont Risk Partners website or choose to contact the agency by email.

Effective September 28, 2026

Information collected and received

This website does not include a submission form or a database for visitor inquiries. If you choose an email link, your email application opens and you decide what information to send. Information you send by email is handled as an email communication, not as a website form submission.

Our hosting and platform providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the site, such as request and device data, diagnostic events, and server logs.

How information is used and shared

Information received through email may be used to respond to your request, provide service, maintain business records, protect the agency and visitors, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, platform operations, email delivery, security, and technical support. Those providers process information to perform services for the relevant purpose. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Conditional platform page-view beacon

When deployment configuration enables Polsia platform analytics, a page-view beacon creates a random visitor identifier named polsia_vid, stores it in the browser’s local storage, and sends it with a page-view request to the configured Polsia platform endpoint. The beacon is not rendered when its deployment setting is absent. Local staging and preview deployments remain non-indexable; analytics behavior depends on the deployment configuration.

Security and retention

We and our service providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, applicable business needs, and legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary with the type and context of the information.
